Kennedy Funding is a commercial real estate lending company that specializes in creative financing where speed and flexibility are required.

Our unique lending program has made Kennedy Funding the largest direct private lender in the country. At Kennedy Funding, we recognize the importance of speed, and that loans must often be structured around each client's unique set of financial parameters.

Our goal is to provide hard money asset-based loans to clients in the shortest possible time, including bridge loans for acquisitions, land development, workouts, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and raw land. Our goal is to close equity-based commercial loans of $1 million to $100 million or more in ten business days or less, and to be able to fund everything from raw land and residential developments, to commercial buildings and mixed-use developments, to hotels and golf courses.

Thanks to continued upward growth, we are increasing our staff in our Hackensack, NJ office, from which we serve borrowers and brokers across the country. We have need of several experienced:

COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE SALES PERSONNEL

Our Sales Personnel develop and maintain relationships with borrowers and mortgage brokers in order to promote our commercial loan products. The Sales Personnel also follow up on leads and, when necessary, coordinate with brokers, outside professionals, and our own internal processing, appraisal and underwriting professionals, with the goal of quickly expediting loan approvals and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

These positions preferably require a 4-year degree (or equivalent) in the field of finance, commerce, or a related field, and at least two years of experience within the commercial lending industry or a related industry, or its equivalent.
